Description

A pin-jointed truss which is statically determinate and suspended in a bench mounted frame. Simple theory may be used to determine the forces and deflections. An additional member may be introduced to the truss
making it statically indeterminate. The member may be
a good fit or have a definate lack of fit. The member is
permanently fitted and a simple pin is used to change the
state of the member.
