Variable speed drive motor with pulley, test belt, driven shaft with pulley and brake drum with belt and load cells, idler pulleys on an arm with load hanger and weights. Interlocked transparent guard and electrical systems. Supplied with a set of interchangeable pulleys, flat, vee and toothed belt systems.
