Description

To investigate methods of clean power generation and to study parallel and island mode generator operation using a motor-generator. Includes a 50Hz main generator and a 400Hz AVR supply generator with scaleable software. Instrumentation capable of representing a large power station. Experiments include generator mapping, synchronisation of generators and hydro simulation with over-speed to 75Hz.
